PRO DUOLA - CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)
ProDoula is a small business based out of New York whose mission is to elevate the role of doulas to a professional level through industry-leading workshops and certifications. As a small company, their need for a CRM product went beyond just a simple functioning application; they needed a system that was efficient and a support structure that enabled them to maximize their ability to coordinate and maintain all of their doulas and workshops.
TechCORE Management Solutions Services, formerly known as ArchiTECH Solutions, transferred all client contacts and workshop information from excel spreadsheets to an electronic database which connected to the Creatio (formerly bpm’online) environment in a way that was intuitive for them to use. To accomplish this, TechCORE MSS provided them with personalized support which included hands-on training and customizations that made the product unique and reflective of their distinct business philosophy.
