Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration needed to provide state and local transit financial authorities with the ability to request funds from federal government agencies. The client needed to modernize their legacy system to support the increased demand and volume of contracts, acquisitions management, and operations. The government required a flexible and scalable a BPM application to meet current and projected future needs.
TechCORE Management Solutions Services, formerly known as ArchiTECH Solutions, provided expertise in application re-design and improvements to existing legacy systems by leveraging BPM technology. The team focused on integration with enterprise financial systems, operational process automation, and developed management reporting in order to provide state and local transit authorities the ability to request funds from federal government agencies. TechCORE MSS consultants collaborated with clients to design a records management solution to govern congressional appropriations of funds through process automation and data management. TechCORE MSS worked with each stakeholder group, partners, and clients to ensure the BPM solution was ready for production launch and project delivery.
