Mrs Quanetta Lewis is a minority, service-disabled veteran, President & CEO of Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified TechCORE Management Solutions Services™, LLC., She applies 25+ years of results-driven professional consulting services overseeing the operational, budgetary, staffing, accounting and resource needs of both small and large for-profit and non-profit organizations, with extensive applied experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Business Intelligence (BI), web application development, staffing augmentation and administrative services.
As strategic project principal she plans, directs, and coordinates team efforts and client requirements and leads teams in business management solutions and strategy consultation focused on business process improvement and re-engineering on numerous federal, municipal, and commercial projects including Fortune 500 companies across several industries (e.g., financial, insurance, retail, government). Responsibilities include: management, business development, client engagements including strategic planning, Information Technology, solutions project management, program development, solutions concepting, process improvement, data architecture design, project testing, quality control and assurance, training, and governance. She leverages skills in understanding business goals, industry challenges, emerging technologies, and aligning client business processes, policies and procedures in compliance with government and industry requirements.
Administratively, her expertise includes managing, developing and training human resources, finance and staffing and brings extensive experience in overseeing entire company operations and processes. She has extensive experience in the recruiting process, identifying and interviewing qualified candidates for client requirements including having staffed more than 50 clearance contract placements for the Department of Navy in FY 2018.
